These Terms and Conditions, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, shall not be transferred or assigned by you to anyone. Whereas, ByteLabs can assign such rights and licenses without restriction.

These T&C will be construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics.
